All accessories included; NO boxes or instructions included. Toys have been kept in great condition in a smoke-free home, but there are three defects: (1) A clip on Don Torabolt has broken off, but it still combines. (2) The sound on Omikoshi Phoenix no longer works properly; sometimes it stutters, and other times it doesn't work.
